Rhonda Buckholtz, CPC, CPMA, CRC, CDEO, CMPE, CHC, COPC, CGSC, CPEDC

I fell in love with healthcare over 30 years ago. I worked my way up, starting as a filing clerk. As an employee, I shared frustrations with broken systems and inefficient processes. As a leader, I worked hard to create culture and change strategies, creating highly functioning clinics. As a compliance officer, I understand operations and can help drive accountability and structure while helping to generate profitable operations. Healthcare has become extremely complicated over the decades, I use my experience to simplify the process.

Healthcare is challenging, staffing issues, patient access issues, payment issues, and legal issues all weigh heavy. We’re here to take care of the business side of medicine and work to help repair the culture of healthcare one practice at a time.
