Growth Mindset

Growth is all about increasing, maturing, developing and mindset.

We never know it all, continuous goal setting and self-improvement make us valuable to others but most definitely to ourselves.

If you look around you, the leaders who are achieving the most success are those that are growing because they invest in themselves daily. They add value to themselves, and because of that, they add value to others as well. You should develop a personal growth plan in addition to your business plans.

John Maxwell teaches about intentionality in his book the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. To grow, it has to be intentional.  To grow intentionally, you need to overcome gaps in your core, those things stopping you from growing forward:

I don’t know enough (I’m not smart enough)

It’s not the right time (I’m too busy, we have too much already going on)

💬 I am afraid of making mistakes

💬 I can’t start until I find the best way

💬 I don’t feel like it

💬 Other people are better than I am

💬 It’s harder than I thought it would be

We have all experienced that inner voice that holds us back. Overcoming those thoughts needs intentional steps. It doesn’t change overnight and may include setbacks, but those are all a routine part of growth.
